Intro: Count 4 when the slow music stops, then count 6 heavy down beats and start right after that.
 
Section 1: Toe Heel, Bounce Cross, Step Cross x2, Toe & Heel & Toe, 1/4 Turn, Step x2
1 & Touch right beside left turning right knee in. Touch right heel beside left.
2 & Bounce left heel (lift and drop quickly). Cross right over left.
3 & Step onto left slightly back. Cross right over left.
4 & Step onto left slightly back. Cross right over left.
5 & Touch left toe behind right. Step left in place behind right.
6 & Touch right heel forward. Step right forward.
7 & Touch left toe behind right. Turn 1/4 left stepping left beside right.
8 & Step right beside left. Step left beside right.
