1 - 3 Step left to side, Rock back onto right, Recover weight onto left
4 & 5 Step right to side, Step left together, Step right to side 
6 - 7 Cross left in front of right, Unwind a full turn right (weight ends on right foot) 
8 & 9 Step left to side, Step right together, Step left to side 
 
BACK-ROCK, KICK-BALL-CROSS, SIDE-ROCK, RIGHT SAILOR STEP 
10 - 11 Rock back onto right, Recover weight onto left 
12 & 13 Kick right diagonally forward, Step back slightly on ball of right, Step left foot across right
14 - 15 Side-rock onto right , Recover weight on to left
16 & 17 Step right behind left, Step left to the side, Step right together 
 
LEFT SAILOR 1/4 TURN L, RIGHT SHUFFLE, 1/2 TURN RIGHT, HOLD, BACK-ROCK
18 & 19 Step left behind right, Step right to side with 1/4 turn left, Step left together 
20 & 21 Right shuffle forward (stepping right, left, right) 
22 Pivot 1/2 turn right on ball of right whilst stepping back on left 
23 Hold 
24 - 25 Rock back on right, Recover weight onto left
 
PRISSY WALK: RIGHT, LEFT, CROSS-BALL-SIDE, CROSS, BACK-BALL-CROSS 
26 - 27 Step right across left angling body left, Step left across right angling body right 
Alternative easier steps: just walk forward right left on balls of feet to enable the angling of the body 
28 & 29 Step right across left, Step on ball of left slightly to side, Step right slightly to side 
Alternative easier steps: triple in place right left right 
30 - 31 Step left across right, Step back on right 
& 32 Step left slightly back, Step right across left 
 
REPEAT
