Syncopated jump back, clap, Heel ball cross x 2, rock step
& 1 - 2 Jump back on right, left & clap
3 & 4 Tap left heel out to the left at 45º, step back on the ball of the left foot (&), step right foot across in front of left 
5 & 6 Repeat counts 3 & 4
7 & 8 Rock left onto left foot, step weight on to right foot
 
Cross shuffle right, 1/2 turn (anti-clockwise), cross step right, kick left, coaster step 
9 & 10 Cross left over right, step the right out to the right (&), cross left over right 
11 - 12 Step on to the right foot turning 90º left, Step on to the left foot turning 90º left (you have now completed 1/2 turn anti-clockwise)
13 - 14 Step the right foot across in front of the left, kick the left foot out to the left at 45º 
15 & 16 Step back on the left foot, step the right beside left (&), step forward on the left 
 
Stomp, hold, 1/4 turn (anti-clockwise) heel ball step, left shuffle forward, full turn (anti-clockwise)
17 - 18 Stomp forward right and HOLD!* 
19 & 20 Tap the left heel forward but at 90º left, step the left foot in place, step the right next to the left (weight on right foot) (Turn/heel ball step) 
21 & 22 Shuffle forward stepping left, right, left (3 steps = 2 counts) 
23 - 24 Turn 1/2 left and step back onto right. Turn 1/2 left and step forward onto Left 
 
Step right slide left x 2, step left slide right x 2 (use a pull, push action with both arms (bent at elbows, hands closed in fists) mimicking the hips. 
25 - 26 Turning 45º right, step forward on right pushing hips and hands forward. Slide left foot up to right dropping hips and pulling elbows back 
27 - 28 Repeat counts 25 - 26 
29 - 30 Turning 45º left, step forward on left pushing hips and hands forward. Slide right foot up to left dropping hips and pulling elbows back 
31 - 32 Repeat counts 29 - 30
 
Begin dance again!
