Section A:
Walk forward right, left, right, left. Walk back, touch back body roll with ½ turn L
1 - 2 Walk forward Rf (bend your knee and pump arms up), walk forward Lf (rise and arms down)
3 - 4 Walk forward Rf (bend your knee and pump arms up), walk forward Lf (rise and arms down)
5 - 6 Step back on Rf, touch back on Lf
7 - 8 body roll with ½ turn L
 
Out, out, arms up and down, hip roll
1 - 2 Step Rf to R side and rise right arm up, Step Lf to L side and rise left arm up
3 - 4 Right hand behind your neck, Left hand behind your neck
5 - 6 Hip roll anti clockvise
7 - 8 repeat, weight on Lf
 
Kick-step-close twice, step turn, walk
1 & 2 Kick Rf across L, Rf to R side, close Lf next to Rf
3 & 4 Kick Rf across L, Rf to R side, close Lf next to Rf
5 - 6 walk on Rf, turn ½ left weight on Lf
7 - 8 walk Rf, walk Lf
 
Step point twice, touch and turn
1 - 2 Step Rf to R side, point Lf across Rf
3 - 4 Step Lf to L side, point Rf across Lf
5 - 6 Step Rf to R, touch Lf behind Rf
7 - 8 turn 1/1 L, weight on Lf
 
Section: B
 
Toe Struts Diagonally Forward, rock and cross shuffle
1 - 2 Step R toe diagonally forward right. Drop right heel taking weight.
3 - 4 Step L toe diagonally forward right. Drop left heel taking weight.
5 - 6 Rock Rf to R, recover on Lf
7 & 8 Step Rf across Lf, Lf beside Rf, Rf across Lf
 
Toe Struts Diagonally Forward, rock and cross shuffle
1 - 2 Step L toe diagonally forward left. Drop left heel taking weight.
3 - 4 Step R toe diagonally forward left. Drop right heel taking weight.
5 - 6 Rock Lf to L, recover on Rf
7 & 8 Step Lf across Rf, Rf beside Lf, Lf across Rf
 
Turns with hold
1 - 2 Step Rf to R (Crossing left fist to right shoulder & right fist to left shoulder), hold
3 - 4 Turn ½ L step Lf to L (Both fist down beside your body), hold
5 - 6 Turn ½ L step Rf to R (Crossing left fist to right shoulder & right fist to left shoulder), hold
