Heel Dig, Hitch, Back, Side Switches, Turn ¾ L, Sweep, Sailor Step.
1 & 2 Dig R heel forward leaning back slightly. Hitch R knee. Step back on R.
3& 4& Touch L to L side. Step L next to R. Touch R out to R side. Step R next to L.
5 - 6 Turn ¼ L stepping forward on L. Turn ½ L stepping back on R.
&7 &8 Sweep L behind R. Step L behind R. Step R to R side. Step L in place.
 
Forward Step, Heel Digs x 2, Ball Step, Sweep ¼ Turn R, Swivel With knee Dips, Jump.
1 - 3 Long step forward on R. Dig L heel forward to L diagonal x 2
& 4 Step down on the ball of L. Step forward on R.
5 - 6 Sweep L round to L side pivoting ¼ turn R on R. Step L next to R.
7 - 8 Swivel heels R bending knees to face L diagonal. Take a small jump to the R keeping feet together Squaring up to 6 o’clock wall.
 
R Side Mambo, Side Rock & Kick, Side Rock & Step, Step, Pivot ½ turn L.
1 & 2 Rock on R out to R side. Recover on to L. Step R next to L.
3 & 4 Side rock L on L. Recover on to right. Kick L across R.
5 & 6 Side rock on L to L side. Recover on to right. Step forward on to L.
7 - 8 Step forward on to R. Pivot ½ turn L.
 
Triple Full Turn & ¼ L, Weave R, Cross, Full Unwind R, Kick, Jump Apart, Elbow Jab.
1 & 2 Turn 1/2 L stepping back on R. Turn ½ L stepping forward on L. Turn ¼ L stepping R to R side.
3 & 4 Cross step L behind R. Step R to R side. Cross step L over R.
5 - 6 Full unwind R. Kick R forward to R diagonal.
& 7 Jump feet apart on R, L.
8 With R arm bent and a clenched fist chest height and R elbow pointing out to R side, quickly jab R elbow to R side.
